The Official Hunting Vehicle for “Outdoors with Bob Coker”
The ARGO has
been named as the official hunting vehicle of “Outdoors
with Bob Coker”, a popular hunting program that airs five times a week
on The Pursuit Channel (the all new Hunting Network), Direct TV and
Comcast Sports.
If there is one person who can speak about the ARGO’s “Go anywhere”
versatility, it is Bob Coker. About 15 years ago, Bob bought a 560 acre
property, most of which was swampland. With absolutely no roads on the
property it was the perfect hunting spot, except that his traditional
four-wheelers were always getting stuck. Bob knew that there had to be
a better way to get around his property.
A Hunter’s Dream
Then one day at the Birmingham World Deer and Turkey EXPO, Bob came
across the ARGO. “At that moment,” says Bob, “I knew that this was the
machine that would allow me to hunt in all corners of my property”. Bob
wasted no time, buying a vehicle and proceeding to flag a route through
his property that has now been bulldozed into a road system. “On my
piece of land there is a swift flowing river that cuts my property in
half. Before I got the ARGO I could only hunt on the east side of my
property with no way to get to the other side. But now with my ARGO,
there is nowhere I can’t go, says Bob.
More ARGO adventures to come
Week after week “Outdoors with Bob Coker” has taken its viewers to the
most prime hunting spots in North America for exciting and unique
adventures. Turkey hunting in Mexico, deer hunting in Texas, elk
hunting in Saskatchewan and now that Bob and his crew have the ARGO in
tow, there is no limit to where the show may venture next. “I often
describe my ARGO as a Sherman tank that can float. It goes anywhere on
land and water and you can simply not get it stuck”, says Bob. “When I
take people on a tour of my property I always use my ARGO. When we’re
done, people always tell me that I should charge admission for the ride
and that it beats anything that Disney World has to offer!”
Stay tuned for the ARGO on the next episode of
